Nuffield Dental is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (Offline) to lead and execute non-digital marketing initiatives across our dental clinics in Singapore. This role focuses on ground activation, partnerships, referrals, brand visibility and patient acquisition through offline channels.
This position is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who understands healthcare or service‑based businesses and is strong in execution, coordination, and on‑the‑ground marketing rather than digital performance marketing.
Offline & Ground Marketing
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and in‑clinic materials
Organise and manage roadshows, health talks, outreach events, and community activations
Work with clinics to drive localised marketing initiatives tailored to catchment areas
Partnerships & Referrals
Develop and manage partnerships with corporates, schools, gyms, childcare centres, insurers, and other referral sources
Coordinate referral programmes with medical clinics, specialists, and internal group entities
Track and report referral sources and effectiveness
Brand & Communications
Ensure consistent brand presentation across all physical touchpoints and clinics
Manage production of marketing collaterals, signage, and POS materials
Work with vendors, printers, designers, and event partners
Clinic Support & Coordination
Partner closely with clinic managers, doctors, and front‑line teams to support patient acquisition efforts
Brief clinic teams on campaigns and ensure proper execution on the ground
Gather feedback from clinics and adjust campaigns accordingly
Budget & Performance Tracking
Manage offline marketing budgets and vendor costs
Track campaign performance using patient source data, redemption rates, and ROI indicators
Prepare regular reports for management with insights and recommendations
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to offline / traditional marketing
Experience in healthcare, dental, medical, retail, or service industries preferred
Strong execution skills with ability to manage multiple clinics and vendors
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands‑on, organised, and comfortable working on the ground
