JOB TITLE: MARKETING MANAGER/LEAD (CONTENT FOCUS)

ROLE
We are seeking a strategic and creative own Media/Content Manager (or Lead) to drive our brand's digital presence across social media, website, electronic direct mail (EDM) campaign and support on the OOH creative ideation. This role requires a blend of storytelling, audience insight, and channel expertise to deliver engaging, impactful, and measurable content that strengthens our brand, generates leads, and supports business growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives.
- Own the content calendar across social, web, and EDMs, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone and visual identity.
- Leverage insights, analytics, and customer personas to inform content direction and measure effectiveness.
Social Media
- Lead the creation and management of organic and paid social content across platforms (e.g. Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, X, Tiktok)
- Drive engagement and community building through thought leadership, storytelling, and timely content.
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maximise reach and effectivness.
Website
- Oversee website content management, ensuring copy, visuals, and SEO best practices are optimised for traffic and conversion.
- Partner with UX, design, and digital teams to continuously improve user journeys, page performance, and overall site experience.
- Manage updates for landing pages, product/service pages, blogs, and resources.
EDMs (Email Marketing)
- Plan, write, and optimise email campaigns for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Ensure best practice in subject lines, copy, CTAs, and personalisation to drive open rates and conversions.
- Collaborate with CRM/automation teams to segment audiences and track performance metrics.
- Lead WhatsApp campaigns communication.
Other Content
- Leverage a designer to create flyers, prospectus and other offline material.
- Work cross-functionally teams to align messaging.
- Manager freelancers or agencies to deliver best-in-class output.
- Champion brand voice and consistency across all content touchpoints.
- Develop a suite of end-to-end production capabilities to dominate Social Media with the International Schools industry.
Additional Responsibilities
- Build a panel of suppliers/partners.
- Manage the panel.
- Define what excellence looks like.
- Story telling of the brand.
- Leverage the brand proposition with Parents.
- Define a set of financial KPIs.

- Any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Senior Leadership Team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Up to 8+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, digital marketing or communications, preferably in an educational or international environment.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms and website.
- Ability to develop brand messaging, storytelling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly manner.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborative and proactive; able to work well with cross-functional teams including admissions, events, and academics.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced international school environment.
