Job Description:

This position reports to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible to oversee branding and lead generation efforts for various school brands under the group. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of each brand, ensuring strong brand presence, and attracting a steady pipeline of prospective students. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2C marketing, with experience in managing multi-brand strategies and executing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Management: Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy for each school brand while maintaining alignment with the overarching organizational goals.
    Strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visuals, and values across all marketing channels.
    Monitor and evaluate brand performance through regular market analysis and brand audits.
  2. Lead Generation and Enrollment Growth: Design and implement targeted campaigns to attract prospective students, ensuring an optimal cost-per-lead.
    Leverage digital marketing, content creation, and partnerships to drive enquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
    Work closely with admissions teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals and optimize scheduling of school visits.
  3. Digital Marketing and Content Development: Manage the organization’s online presence, including websites, social media channels, and paid advertising campaigns.
    Oversee the creation of compelling content (blog posts, videos, newsletters, etc.) that engages and informs prospective families.
    Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve visibility and rankings.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROI, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
    Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize future marketing initiatives.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with school leadership teams to ensure marketing strategies align with individual school needs and goals.
    Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as necessary.
    Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently across brands.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in B2C marketing, with demonstrated success in branding and lead generation, and with relevant experience in education or service-oriented industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, CRM systems).
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in using data to guide decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns and solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with multi-brand management and franchise models.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
