Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine marketing strategies and growth programs to achieve both financial targets and brand objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define target customer segments and optimize messaging for maximum impact.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue streams across outlets.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players, vendors, and collaborators to generate value for the Group.
- Plan, execute, and oversee promotional programs, events, and campaigns aimed at reaching and converting prospective customers.
Creative Ideation & Campaign Leadership
- Conceptualize and deliver innovative marketing campaigns with strong storytelling, dynamic visuals, and compelling copywriting.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and digital platforms to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure creative vision is executed effectively.
- Transform ideas into actionable marketing initiatives, balancing creativity with measurable outcomes.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Supervise the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), online advertising, and content marketing.
- Track digital performance metrics, optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Drive audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement through innovative digital strategies and influencer collaborations.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and alignment with business priorities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, trends, and campaign performance; propose action plans to address gaps or capitalize on opportunities.
- Continuously review and improve marketing workflows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support for marketing operations and handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with restaurant operations, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals.
- Guide and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
Events & Experiential Marketing
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute events, tastings, and brand activations that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure all events align with brand identity, messaging, and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
- 3-5 years of well-rounded marketing experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Prior experience and a love for music, nightlife, hospitality, and entertainment is advantageous – as these are the things we live and breathe daily
- Able to commit to a non-desk-bound role and hours when situation calls for it
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong leadership mindset with skills in strategic planning, goal setting and process development.
