Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sale growth in our Organic Millet based restaurant/food court and Organic Grocery Store, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Able to bring bulk orders for Organic Vegetables, Organic groceries and Organic Millet Vegetarian Plant based Food.
  • Increase sales by 50% with the same operational cost within 12 months.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
  • Streamline operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth and operations.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue increase, while maintaining a focus on operational excellence
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations as per SFA, as well as industry standards for organic grocery and vegetarian cuisine.
