Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with The Providore’s brand vision and business goals.

  • Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, both online and offline.

  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Campaigns & Promotions
  • Plan, execute, and monitor seasonal campaigns, product launches, and collaborations.

  • Work closely with operations, retail, and café teams to support promotional activities that drive traffic and sales.

  • Evaluate campaign performance through data-driven insights and report outcomes to management.

Digital Marketing & Content
  • Oversee The Providore’s digital presence — including social media, website, email marketing, and e-commerce content.

  • Develop engaging storytelling content that reflects the brand’s lifestyle and values.

  • Manage paid digital campaigns and track key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, ROI).

Partnerships & Community Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and collaborators.

  • Identify and lead brand partnerships that enhance visibility and align with The Providore’s positioning.

  • Coordinate brand events, workshops, and community activities that foster brand loyalty.

Creative Direction
  • Work with internal teams and creative agencies to produce marketing materials, including photography, menus, packaging, and visuals.

  • Ensure high standards of design and communication that embody The Providore’s brand identity.

Leadership & Reporting
  • Lead and mentor members of the marketing team.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements
