A dynamic food and beverage brand in Singapore is seeking a content marketing manager to lead its marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of experience in marketing, showcasing a strong ability to tell compelling stories and execute campaigns effectively. This role offers the chance to shape the brand's voice and engage with decision-makers directly, along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for team growth.
1.Content Planning & Execution
Lead the monthly content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, RED, and Email
Script short-form videos and posts in line with brand tone and campaign themes
Work closely with marketing team on scheduling, caption writing, and idea research
Attend and direct photo/video shoots; coordinate with internal or external creatives
Step in to edit or review content using CapCut/Canva when needed
2.Campaign Development & Management
Plan and execute seasonal and product-specific campaigns (store launches, sachet line, gifting, etc.)
Collaborate with operations and product teams to align visuals, messaging, and launch timelines
Manage influencer outreach, PR content, and event promotions
3.Performance & Reporting
Track key content and campaign metrics (engagement, reach, conversion)
Create monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
Experiment with different formats and hooks to optimize audience engagement
4.Team Building & Leadership
Manage team to execute deliverables with quality and consistency
Set up basic SOPs, campaign trackers, and content systems
As the company scales, participate in hiring and onboarding future marketing team members
5.Brand Voice & Creative Strategy
Ensure that all marketing materials, captions, and visuals are aligned with AMACHA’s tone, purpose, and positioning
Help shape the storytelling narrative across platforms — from founder videos to customer UGC
3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or brand-building roles
A doer with a strong sense of storytelling and execution discipline
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth F&B environment
Confident scripting, reviewing, and directing content — not just overseeing it
Positive team player who can manage juniors while getting things done themselves
Bonus if you’ve worked in a startup, content agency, or early-stage brand
