The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing calendar to drive brand visibility and revenue growth. This includes planning promotional activities, identifying key campaign periods, and coordinating marketing initiatives across assigned brands.

You will establish clear milestones, allocate resources effectively, and craft communication strategies that support each campaign’s objectives. Part of the role also involves reviewing campaign performance regularly, identifying gaps, and refining strategies to improve results.

A critical aspect of the position is evaluating the effectiveness of marketing efforts by gathering, analysing, and interpreting performance data to guide future decisions.

Cross‑functional collaboration is essential. The Marketing Manager works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans and consistent delivery of brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities also include overseeing the creation and production of marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy in content through fact‑checking, proofreading, and copy‑editing.

You may also be assigned additional tasks or projects as directed by the Assistant Director or Senior Manager.
