Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager to be part of the Marketing team. You will be responsible for marketing design initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting role to the Marketing Manager, ensuring the project is aligned with the brand strategy plan and targeting excellent delivery on time.
  • Branding and marketing: including all operations related to brand and marketing, market research, sales promotion, brand management.
  • Product planning, brand, service development: Proposal of products, brands, and services. Understand customer needs, competing products and advantages, and set customer targets, concepts, and improvement issues.
  • Working closely with suppliers, business associates and management in formulating and implementing A&P initiatives.
  • Monitor brand performance through analysis, research, and responses on a regular basis.
  • Monitor, control and evaluate all advertising and promotion expenditure to ensure conformity to planned deployment.
  • Develop creative promotional campaigns to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify opportunities within the current business model to optimize revenue growth.
  • Sales / sales promotion; Examination of sales methods and sales promotion methods to target customers. It also includes consideration of personnel plans involved in sales and sales, and campaign planning to increase sales.
  • Market research / analysis; Market research and data analysis that are the basis of product planning, sales and sales promotion. Includes data research and analysis of recent market trends and competitors' movements.
  • Advertising: Mass promotion; Planning of advertising concepts and promotion strategies, and consideration of media such as television, the Internet, SNS, newspapers, and magazines.
  • Web / Digital Marketing; Planning measures to increase the number of users and the number of times of use of products and services developed on websites and apps. Includes listing ads, SNS advertising measures, SEO measures, emails, articles, video content marketing, etc.
  • Manage and executive overall digital marketing strategies including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) via Google Analytics / Paid Search as well as social presence (Facebook, Instagram etc).
  • Manage & generate content for website, social media, and other platforms.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.
