Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee the promotion and growth of the company by designing and executing targeted marketing strategies. This role involves managing digital and offline campaigns, building brand awareness, and developing initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence and support its strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to support the company’s overall business goals and strategic direction.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Establish promotional calendars for key seasons, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Brand & Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain a strong and professional brand image across all digital, print, and on-site platforms.
  • Manage social media and other digital channels to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives to enhance long-term relationships.
Campaigns & Partnerships
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and event sponsorships.
  • Coordinate corporate events, promotional launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Develop partnerships with relevant businesses, organizations, and communities to expand outreach.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor marketing performance, customer feedback, and campaign results.
  • Use analytics tools to measure effectiveness and refine strategies for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for management review.
Team & Vendor Management
  • Guide marketing staff or freelance partners such as designers, photographers, or social media specialists.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and advertising vendors.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and content align with the company’s branding and quality standards.
Qualifications
