Responsibilities :
- Build from 0 → 1: Design and own our social media marketing framework, from discovery and negotiation to collaboration models and performance evaluation.
- Drive local resonance: Create campaigns that align perfectly with cultural nuances and social media trends in the target market. Ensure every post, script, and story feels authentic to the audience.
- Lead campaigns end-to-end: Manage creative development, briefing, and delivery with partners and agencies across multiple platforms.
- Optimize with data: Measure what works (and what doesn’t) and turn campaign data into insights. Continuously refine storytelling angles to improve ROI.
- Connect online and offline: Plan meetups, brand pop-ups, and offline community events that extend our digital presence into real life.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product, design, community, and growth teams to localize brand messaging and improve the user journey.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- More than 4 years of experience in marketing or social media marketing, ideally within consumer tech or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong data-driven decision-making mindset, with hands-on experience using SQL and Tableau (or similar tools).
- Deep understanding of social media and content creator landscape – you know which voices drive trends and influence audiences.
- Proven success in building marketing programs from the ground up and achieving measurable user growth.
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially in multicultural environments.
- Balance of creativity and structure – able to craft compelling narratives as well as clear, data-backed reports.
- Open to occasional short-term business trips.
- Proficiency in at least one additional language, preferably Japanese or Korean, in addition to English and Chinese.
