Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and strategize marketing goals and initiatives aligned with the company's target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, conduct competitive analysis, and explore new communication techniques and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to derive marketing strategies to drive business goals.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance lead generation.
- Liaise with external vendors and media agencies to negotiate, brief, plan and execute campaigns.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting to derive key learnings.
- Responsible for creating campaign assets across various ad platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.
- Develop and implement monthly/quarterly marketing social media plans with effective social advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
Social Media Management
- Plan monthly social content calendar, across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Handle content creation and posting on the company's social media platforms.
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social marketing advertising, email marketing and content marketing to enhance lead generation.
- Prepare weekly/monthly updates on social platform performance, monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendation for optimization.
