• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Coordinate overseas recruitment efforts and manage international deployment logistics
• Prepare and review reports, documentation, and HR/marketing analytics
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and overseas business trips
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timelines are met

Requirements:
