Job description

Reporting to the Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop and oversee the company’s digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales of our products and services.

You will work closely with other departments to execute online advertising campaigns, marketing & research, website management, and implement marketing initiatives toward sales conversions.

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Marketing Manager who can independently handle all aspects of marketing—from strategy to execution. Someone who is proactive, full of ideas, and knows how to drive real results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute complete marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms.
  • Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Create and oversee social media content, marketing calendars, and brand campaigns.
  • Bring creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand growth.
  • Manage and update the company website, including basic SEO understanding.
  • Analyse performance reports and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Handle collaborations, influencers, and partnerships.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work closely with management to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualities
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (Meta, Google, SEO, CRM, etc.)
  • Excellent creativity and ability to produce new, fresh marketing ideas.
  • Good understanding of branding, audience targeting, and campaign strategy.
  • Experience with website management (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.)
  • Ability to create or coordinate content, graphics, and copywriting.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing data/insights.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in wellness, fitness, yoga, or lifestyle brands.
