This role requires you to have a deep understanding of brand equity and the ability to develop strategies that drive growth and value.
You will be managing the projects and execution of marketing objectives, strategies, programmes and policies for all products and services for the organisations including Brotzeit Pte Ltd, Brotzeit International Pte Ltd and any new brands.
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
- Use analytic tools to track, monitor and optimize digital presence and for growth, marketing efficiency and ROI.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports to inform stakeholders of collective performance in all digital marketing efforts.
- Effectively manage day-to-day operations and stay abreast of new digital marketing trends.
- Developing and drive marketing strategies and achieve performance targets.
- Preparation & delivery of marketing plan within key objectives.
- Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaigns and ROI.
- Involved in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
- Work with the in-house / freelance designer to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
- Copywriting on each product/campaign, reflecting key messages, features and benefits.
- Liaison with media and publishers as required.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Focus on both business growth and client retention.
- Manage, maintain and develop the CRM system and member’s portal.
- Review and develop website and social media platforms, ensure they are up to date.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/Business Management or relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years in Marketing/Marcoms in Tourism, Media, or FMGG industries
- Strong knowledge of SEO, all social media and email marketing best practises and principles of both traditional and digital marketing
- Good analytical skills on the business trends and reports
- Excellent copywriting skill
- Ability to manage a campaign budget
- Creative and innovative, building brand strategy
