We are representing a fast-growing supplier of acoustic panels and wall coverings seeking a dynamic and confident Marketing Manager to be the face of the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative strategy and front-facing brand representation—someone who can lead campaigns, strengthen brand identity, and represent the company confidently at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and branding initiatives to position the company as a leading name in the interior solutions and design space.
- Act as the brand ambassador—representing the company at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions to build visibility and strengthen industry relationships.
- Lead creative direction and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms—from concept to delivery.
- Manage and curate content for all social media channels, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Drive PR and partnership initiatives to enhance brand reach and media exposure.
- Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure cohesive communication of brand values and product offerings.
- Oversee production of marketing collateral, catalogues, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead generation metrics to refine future strategies.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably within design, interiors, or related creative industries.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter who can represent the company professionally at public and client-facing events.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
- Proficient in social media marketing, content management, and campaign analytics tools.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Outgoing, personable, and confident — with the ability to build rapport and represent the company’s image effectively.
