Job Responsibilities
- Develop new and manage existing customers for Kinergy’s Assembly and Test Equipment business.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with semiconductor assembly and test houses across Asia.
- Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to align equipment offerings with customer requirements.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, product presentations, and industry exhibitions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics equipment industry.
- Proven 3–5 years track record in equipment sales to semiconductor assembly and test houses.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) with a strong technical background.
- Good network of contacts with semiconductor assembly and test customers in Asia.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Word for preparing reports, quotations, and customer documentation.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Own transport required for customer visits.
