Job description

Our client, an F&B company, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive revenue and enhance brand presence. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan a marketing calendar and tactical promotions to drive revenue for the organisation.
  • Identify key dates and events as part of the marketing planning process.
  • Establish milestones and allocate resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Formulate communication strategies and disseminate the plan to the team.
  • Review and adjust the marketing plan as necessary.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including collecting and analysing key data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement marketing promotions for designated brands, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Oversee and manage the development and production of marketing collaterals.
  • Perform fact-checking, copy-editing, and proofreading marketing materials.
  • Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Assistant Director / Senior Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in crafting communication strategies and leading cross-functional execution.
  • Proficient in analysing marketing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese to perform copy-editing, proofreading, and other tasks related to the development of marketing materials.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Familiarity with production of marketing collaterals, including working with designers, agencies, and vendors.
