- Overseeing the planning, development, execute, and monitor various marketing campaigns, marketing strategies, promotion activities, and branding projects in different channels to enhance brand awareness.
- Develop and manage approved marketing budget to achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for press release write-up, media pitching, and maintaining media relations on both online and offline platforms.
- Engage with brand relevant celebrities and influencers to drive brand awareness through their followers.
- Manage brand social media accounts (e.g Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, if applicable) and content write-up, place ads for digital marketing.
- Define and lead in-store promotions, premiums, joint promotions, corporate and membership promotions.
- Compile market research reports, stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports with insights and presents to management for review.
- Set up and manage a new CRM program to build, grow and retain our member base with purposeful communications and engagement.
- Work closely with cross departments e.g. Retail Operations, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising to align on promotions calendar.
- Develop strong partnership with internal departments as well as external vendors on marketing communications and other promotional campaigns.
