Implement promotional initiatives across the Southeast Asia region to strengthen JAL’s global presence and drive revenue growth. In addition, lead global marketing efforts in Southeast Asia by guiding team members and maximizing organizational performance through effective management.

Job Description
  • Overseeing and coordinating marketing efforts across the assigned region, aligning strategies set by the Global Marketing and Brand Department.
  • Improve market share in the designated regions working closely with revenue management.
  • Improve conversion and yield in the designated regions.
  • Supervise and mentor the assigned regional team including providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Efficiently manage the task allocation, roles, and outcomes of team members, and create an environment that enables them to maximize their abilities, leading to their development.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the professional growth and performance of subordinates by monitoring and optimizing their progress throughout the year to achieve PFO goals.
  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans, understand market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Activate effective campaign activities to solve identified problems in each market by utilizing data insights and conducting in-person local market assessments.
  • Collaborate with advertising and creative agencies to develop a framework for subordinates to execute campaigns and achieve predetermined KPI goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales team in the assigned region while educating them on the marketing process to achieve an effective and efficient media planning and execution process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Global Partnership and maximize the opportunities of global partnership rights.
Requirements
  • Japanese communication skill of JPLT N1 or equivalent for accurate and prompt communication to the relevant departments at the Tokyo head office.
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for the aviation industry, with a proactive and enthusiastic mindset.
