Our mission is to empower the world to design great digital experiences. The Mobbin platform helps product designers, product managers and UI/UX researchers find highly‑relevant references to their design problems. We are the world’s most extensive app design reference library, serving over a million users on our platform. Since our inception in 2018, we’ve grown tremendously via word‑of‑mouth. Today, Mobbin is used by most design‑forward companies and startups, including Duolingo, Revolut, Headspace, Work & Co, Blinkist, and more.

The role

Mobbin is looking for a Marketing Lead to build our marketing efforts from the ground up. Over the past 4 years, Mobbin has grown to 2M+ registered users with minimal marketing effort; almost entirely through product and organic love. Now, it’s time to turn on the engines and build momentum. You will be the first marketer at Mobbin. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product‑led growth and data‑driven marketing strategies, with the ability to wear multiple hats and thrive in a startup environment (small team, big impact). Success will require both strategic planning, and the ability to be hands‑on and deliver results. You’ll be working directly with Jovin (co‑founder) on all things marketing: From strategy to execution. Together, we will bring our marketing efforts to the next level.

What you’ll do
  • Strategy: Build and execute the full marketing strategy & budget, aligned to our company’s goals.
  • Product marketing: Deeply understand our audience, shape positioning & messaging, and clearly communicate Mobbin’s value.
  • Growth marketing: Run, test, and optimize data‑driven campaigns across channels to drive traffic, conversions, and retention.
  • Content & distribution: Create compelling content (landing pages, ads, articles, case studies, videos) that people love and share.
  • Brand: Define a distinctive brand narrative and voice. Become Mobbin’s storyteller and ambassador.
  • Partnerships: Build strategic relationships with ecosystem partners to drive growth.
  • Cross‑functional leader: Collaborate closely with the design, engineering and CX on acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Execution: Able to roll up your sleeves and get work done. Ship fast, iterate quickly, learn by doing.
  • Team building: Identify, hire, and lead exceptional marketers who are obsessed in telling our story.
You should
  • Have 5+ years in marketing, with proven experience at fast‑growing PLG B2B SaaS companies.
  • Have a deep knowledge of how SaaS scales — every lever, metric, and trade‑off.
  • Have breadth in all areas of marketing, depth in at least two of these three areas: Product marketing, Content marketing, or Growth marketing.
  • Be scrappy, resourceful, and allergic to waste — a do more with less mentality.
  • Be a truth seeker — you care about learning how the world really works when it comes to marketing, and not how you think it works.
  • Be a hands‑on executor who ships daily and treats failure as data.
  • Be both super creative and data‑driven at the same time.
  • Have great taste in design, product, branding, and editorial content.
  • Have deep, genuine care for product and content quality.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication.
