Marketing Lead (Growth & Community) — Löyly Studio
Location: Siglap area, Singapore
Employment: Full-time (some evenings/weekends for activations)
Reports to: Founders
What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead with strong consumer marketing experience (ideally in wellness/fitness/hospitality) to drive growth, content, and community.
- Plan & own the growth calendar: quarterly strategy, weekly campaign cadence across paid, social, email, and community.
- Performance marketing: set up and optimize Meta/Instagram and Google campaigns; track CAC, ROAS, and payback.
- Social & content: build a 70/20/10 mix (education/member stories/offers); publish 3–4 posts/week plus reels; brief and manage creators/UGC.
- Local SEO & Maps: manage Google Business Profile, reviews program, and neighborhood keywords; ensure Löyly ranks and looks alive.
- Events & community: plan and run Open House, guided “Sauna Circles,” partner nights; activate local clubs/physios/cafés.
- Lifecycle & CRM: design email journeys (first-visit, trial→member, winback) and simple marketing automation.
- Brand stewardship: keep copy, visuals, and on-site touchpoints aligned with Finnish sauna culture.
- Analytics & reporting: maintain a simple dashboard; report weekly on WMV (weekly member visits), occupancy by hour, trial→member conversion, NPS.
What You’ll Bring — Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing; wellness/fitness/hospitality or boutique retail is a strong plus.
- Proven end-to-end ownership: strategy → campaigns → content → events → reporting, with measurable outcomes.
- Social media expertise (IG/TikTok): short-form video chops, community engagement, UGC/creator coordination.
- Confident with Meta Ads, Google Ads/GA4, GBP/SEO basics, and email (Mailchimp/Klaviyo or similar).
- Comfortable writing clear, on-brand copy; working knowledge of Canva/Adobe; capable of shooting usable phone video.
- Event planning & organizing experience (from concept to on-site run-sheet).
- Data-literate: set targets, read the numbers, and adjust fast.
- Familiarity and use of AI engines for analysis and forecasting, in content creation and marketing optimization.
- Personal interest in wellness/fitness and curiosity about sauna culture

- Experience launching a studio/venue or membership product.
- Partnerships in East Coast/Siglap communities (run crews, gyms, clinics, cafés).
What Success Looks Like (first 6–9 months)
- Lead volume and CPL/CAC targets hit; healthy first-visit bookings and show-up rates.
- ≥35% trial → member conversion by Month 6; CAC payback ≤90 days.
- Rising WMV and improved off-peak occupancy.
- Google rating 4.8★+ with consistent, authentic reviews.
- A steady content rhythm and visible community presence.
Remuneration
- Base salary: SGD $5,000–$7,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
- Performance-based incentives/bonus: tied to growth KPIs (e.g., CAC/payback, WMV, trial→member, NPS, GBP reviews).
- Review window: 6–9 months for salary adjustment based on outcomes; year-end bonus potential for exceeding targets.
