Job summary

Shopee is looking for a Marketing intern to join the Retail Marketing team in Singapore. You will help develop and execute campaigns, ads and Shopee Livestreams while gaining hands-on experience in planning and social media activity.

Current students pursuing a Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications will support multiple projects, coordinate cross-team activities, and contribute to data analytics and reporting to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
• Experience or interest in livestreams and design is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration within teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the daily marketing calendar for Retail Brand(s).
• Coordinate campaigns, livestreams, paid ads and other marketing pushes with internal teams.
• Support data analytics, reporting and insights to optimise performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and propose new initiatives.
• Assist in developing initiatives that align with team priorities.

About The Team

The Retail Marketing team focuses on brand development and growth through strategic marketing initiatives for brands under the Retail model. As a Marketing intern under the Retail team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing activities that drive traffic and buyers. You will gain hands‑on experience in planning and executing campaigns, ads, Shopee Livestreams, social media and more.

Job Description

• Assist the Retail team to develop and maintain daily marketing calendar of its Retail Brand(s)
• Coordinate with internal Marketing and Business Development teams to execute marketing pushes including campaigns, livestreams, affiliate marketing, paid ads and others
• Support on data analytics, reporting, and drawing insights from marketing performance reports to optimise performance
• Conduct competitor analysis to provide recommendations on new initiatives or areas of improvement
• Where applicable, support on development of new initiatives that drive our team's priorities

Requirements

• Ability to support multiple projects and tasks meticulously while adhering to timelines
• Excellent communication skills, independent and able to adapt to changes
• Prior experience with hosting livestreams and/ or design skills preferred
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline (Marketing or Communications preferred)
• Full‑time interns preferred (3-6 months), but open to part‑time interns as well
