Job description

• Location: City Hall/Bencoolen

• Working hours: 08:30 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday) with flexible starting hours

• Salary: up to $3,200 (depending on experience)

Marketing Executive (Gaming industry, social media, digital marketing)

Job Description:

• Manage and update official social media platforms and websites
• Copywriting for social media, website, articles
• Brainstorm and propose new promotional strategies to boost brand image and awareness
• Prepare press releases for announcements
• Manage community outreach such as liaising with KOLs and community leaders
• Manage digital promotion such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
• Develop and adapt promotional plans to align with each product release
• Conduct data analysis from social media, surveys, and ad campaigns to optimize performance

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Communications
• Has at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of social media/digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Willingness to learn the product to boost the promotion of the brand and product
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and resolve challenges effectively
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative independently
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Open to work on occasional weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
• Familiarity with games, anime, or internet culture is a strong advantage
