Job description
About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position within our global Marketing team, based at our Singapore office and reporting to the SEA Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to strengthen Comvita’s presence across Singapore’s retail and online/offline ecosystem. The role focuses on executing retail marketing, activations, events, trade programs, and basic O2O initiatives to support sales and brand visibility.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused position requiring strong coordination, operational discipline, and the ability to work fast to manage multiple stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities will be to;

  • Lead and execute retail and offline activations, including in‑store promotions, sampling programmes, promoter activities, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage POSM localisation, production, logistics, planogram compliance and visual merchandising across key retail partners and Comvita stores.
  • Coordinate brand events, roadshows, pop‑ups, workshops and partner activations, including vendor management, logistics, sampling teams and onsite setup.
  • Support KOL and influencer activity through shortlisting, product send‑outs, briefing preparation, content checks and performance consolidation.
  • Localise digital campaigns for retail environments and ensure strong O2O alignment to drive store traffic and conversions.
  • Provide ongoing retail insights, shopper feedback and competitor monitoring to strengthen sales, digital and marketing strategies.
  • Track campaign KPIs, conduct post‑mortems and report on sampling performance, ROI and in‑store uplift.
What we would like from you
  • 3–6 years’ experience in retail/trade marketing, activations, shopper marketing or brand execution, with strong exposure to offline retail and events.
  • Familiar with POSM processes, retail operations, vendor management and coordinating KOL/influencer campaigns.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to multitask and manage diverse stakeholders across sales, ops, digital, vendors and partners.
  • Good eye for retail display, brand consistency and translating brand values across activations, events and in‑store environments.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, including ROI, sell‑out and conversion metrics.
  • Highly organised, hands‑on and able to operate in a fast‑paced, lean and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for vendor and retail coordination, with passion for wellness and natural health brands.
