Main Responsibilities:

Client & Relationship Management: Independently manage day-to-day client relationships as the primary contact, ensuring strategic service delivery and high satisfaction.

Campaign Leadership & Execution: Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning and execution, coordinating with creative and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Project Ownership: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Create and present compelling campaign updates and performance reports to clients.

Celebrity Partnership Logistics: Oversee talent coordination, contract deliverables, and timeline management for high-profile collaborations.

Strategic Insight: Conduct market research and analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify new pop culture trends for client growth.

Business Development Support: Own the preparation of new business pitches and proposals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination within a creative or marketing agency.

Proven ability to independently manage multiple complex projects and client relationships.

Deep passion for and knowledge of pop culture, the entertainment industry, and celebrity marketing.

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.

Strategic, proactive problem-solver with excellent business acumen.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines.
