Job Description
  • Managing and maintaining social media accounts.
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and editing for social media platforms.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and analysing and evaluating marketing campaigns.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements impacting the business.
  • Collaborating on content deliverables with Japan HQ and closely working with them.
  • Engaging with the online community and fostering positive relationships with the audience.
  • Collaborating and planning initiatives with local distributors, Game PC manufacturers, etc.
  • Planning and operating digital advertising.
  • Conducting influencer marketing, including communication and negotiation with agencies and influencers.
  • Social listening: Collecting and analysing user feedback through Social Networking Services to develop strategies for integrating them into marketing initiatives.
  • Conducting market and user analysis and developing strategies based on the findings.・Planning and managing exhibitions.
  • Organising and planning events related to the gaming industry for marketing purposes.
  • Media relations, including interview arrangements to promote pre-launch games.
  • Liaising with Japan HQ and other group companies.
  • Handling other related/ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or event planning, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Strong ability to analyse data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Proven capability to leverage online channels and digital platforms to engage customers in a cost‑efficient and measurable manner.
  • Demonstrates creativity, self‑discipline, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with design and video editing tools for content creation, as well as major social media platforms.
  • Keeps up to date with the latest trends in social media and relevant industry developments.
  • Proficiency in Japan Language is an advantage for communication with Japan stakeholders.
