Job summary

LS2 DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to manage social media, digital marketing, content creation, and lead-generation activities.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, enjoys creating engaging content, and can independently manage day-to-day marketing tasks. You will plan content calendars, shoot and edit visuals on site, run ad campaigns, and assist in email marketing with the team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design, photo editing, and video production.
• Creative, organized and able to work independently.
• Good communication and copywriting skills.
• Comfortable with on-site photography and videography at renovation projects.
• Software skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Wix.

Responsibilities

• Plan content calendars for social media and website, write captions and schedule posts.
• Design marketing collateral and maintain portfolio on the website.
• Conduct on-site shoots, edit photos and produce promotional videos.
• Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns and monitor budgets.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and coordinate appointments.
• Support business development with brand marketing and materials creation.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to manage our social media, digital marketing, content creation, and lead-generation activities. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, enjoys creating engaging content, and can independently manage day-to-day marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Social Media & Website: Plan content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, maintain social media platforms, design marketing collaterals, and update website portfolios.
• Photography & Videography: Conduct on-site shoots of completed projects, edit photos, and produce engaging walkthroughts and promotional videos for social media and advertisements.
• Digital Marketing: Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, monitor performance and budgets, and research trends to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Lead Management & Coordination: Respond to online inquiries, follow up with potential clients, coordinate appointments with interior designers, and manage occasional influencer collaborations.
• Support the company's business development efforts to market LS2 Design's brand and services.
• Assist in creating marketing materials including brochure and infographics.

• Work closely with business development team in managing email marketing campaigns.
