Job Summary

The Marketing Executive Executive will be responsible for tracking and monitoring customers’ treatment packages, ensuring timely communication before expiry, and driving package renewals. This role plays a key part in enhancing customers satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accuracy of treatment package details, usage records, and expiry dates.
  • Track and monitor treatment packages due for expiry within six months and proactively reach out to clients to encourage renewals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute retention campaigns, promotional offers, and loyalty programs.
  • Generate, analyse, and present reports on package utilization, renewal rates, and customer engagement metrics using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other Excel functions.
  • Perform extensive data sorting and validation to ensure data accuracy and identify patterns or trends in customer behaviour.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling treatments based on client history, preferences, and feedback.
  • Conduct market research on competitor offerings, pricing, and promotions to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify and liaise with beauty influencers and brand partners for potential collaborations, partnerships, or promotional campaigns.
  • Support the preparation of periodic reports summarizing customer engagement, package usage, and renewal performance.
  • Assist with billing follow-ups and perform related administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer engagement, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, including proficiency in Extensive Data Sorting, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other database management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about beauty, wellness, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
