Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are expanding our client success team and seeking a Marketing Executive who enjoys managing client relationships and coordinating impactful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client objectives and ensure deliverables are aligned with campaign goals
  • Set up and attend client meetings, prepare reports, and track performance updates

Social Media Management

  • Plan monthly content calendars and scheduling for IG, FB, TikTok & LinkedIn
  • Work with designers and content team to deliver assets on time and within guidelines
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and optimize content performance

Operational Support

  • Coordinate internal workflows with creative and paid media teams
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns and reporting cycles
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar tools (advantageous)
  • Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
