Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 days work
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center

Job Description

We are a logistics company looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Executive to focus on developing and expanding our agent business network. This role is key to identifying and establishing partnerships with logistics agents to support our business growth and service capabilities. To handle company’s marketing and branding activities for overseas development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and monitor marketing activities to promote our freight/logistics services to overseas agents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents
  • Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure effective communication and collaboration with agents.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide feedback or solutions for improvement.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the company’s brand and agent services.
  • Working closely with internal team to launch promotion flyer
  • Using social media to approach overseas prospects
  • Opportunity to travel overseas
  • Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with image and video editing software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and agent network model.
