Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness, while fostering strong influencer and KOL/KOC relationships.
• Drive social media presence by collaborating with content creators and managing influencer partnerships across platforms like TikTok, XHS, and Lemon8.
• Oversee social media content planning, creation, and management for brand campaigns to promote engagement and build brand loyalty.
• Organize and support events, product launches, and activations to generate leads and increase customer acquisition.
• Analyze and report on content performance, providing insights to optimize reach and engagement across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or PR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Analytics.
