Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for a maritime supply role, responsible for attending vessels, ensuring the delivery of consumables, and establishing strong relationships with ship personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma with relevant experience, good interpersonal skills, and preferably a Class 3 Driving License. Training is available for inexperienced holders. The position demands the ability to work long hours and cope with tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma certificate with relevant field.
• Relevant experience in ship chandling environment an added advantage.
• Inexperienced Diploma holders are welcome, training will be provided.
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Attend onboard vessels for delivery and collection of consumables.
• Supply to ships and ocean-going vessels anchored in Singapore.
• Establish good rapport with ship captain/master.
• Follow supply vessels out to sea to ensure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Attend onboard vessels for delivery and collection of consumables
• To supply to ships and ocean-going vessels anchored in Singapore and international waters
• To follow supply vessels out to sea and ensure supply are properly delivered
• To establish good rapport with ship captain/ master
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and procedures would be an advantage
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Husbandry Agency Skills & Knowledge Required

• Maritime Regulations & Port Procedures (customs, immigration, safety compliance).
• Logistics Coordination (timely provisioning, spares delivery, crew transfers).
• Communication & Negotiation with port authorities, suppliers, and ship owners.
• Problem-Solving Under Pressure (handling delays, emergencies).
• Local Knowledge of port operations and contacts for smooth facilitation
