Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning / 营销策略与规划
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Propose and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- 制定并执行与公司业务目标一致的营销计划。
- 为活动和宣传提议并管理营销预算。
- 进行市场调研与竞争对手分析,识别趋势与机会。
2. Branding & Promotion / 品牌与促销
- Maintain consistent brand image across all platforms and materials.
- Plan and execute promotions for new product launches, seasonal menus, and special events.
- Design and coordinate in-store marketing materials (posters, banners, menu inserts, etc.).
- 确保品牌形象在所有平台和宣传材料中保持一致。
- 策划并执行新产品、季节性菜单及特别活动的促销。
- 设计并协调店内宣传材料(海报、横幅、菜单插页等)。
3. Digital Marketing / 数字营销
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan and schedule regular posts and online campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback online.
- 管理社交媒体账号(如Instagram、Facebook、TikTok等)。
- 规划与安排定期发布内容及线上广告活动。
- 监控并回复线上客户评价与反馈。
4. Content Creation / 内容创作
- Work with designers and photographers to create appealing visuals.
- Write creative captions, product descriptions, and marketing copy.
- Plan monthly social media content calendars.
- 与设计师及摄影师合作,制作吸引人的视觉内容。
- 撰写创意文案、产品描述及营销宣传内容。
- 规划每月社交媒体内容日程。
5. Customer Engagement & Loyalty / 客户互动与忠诚度
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and feedback systems.
- Organize in-store events, sampling, and influencer collaborations.
- Encourage and monitor Google Reviews and social engagement.
- 制定并管理客户忠诚计划与反馈系统。
- 组织店内活动、试吃及网红合作。
- 鼓励并监控谷歌评价及社交互动。
6. Sales Support / 销售支持
- Support store promotions with digital ads.
- Track campaign performance and report results.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports for management.
- 为门店促销提供数字广告支持。
- 跟踪活动表现并汇报成果。
- 编制月度营销报告供管理层参考。
7. Collaboration & Coordination / 协作与协调
- Work closely with operations, production, and design teams.
- Liaise with vendors, media partners, and agencies for marketing activities.
- 与运营、生产及设计团队紧密合作。
- 与外部供应商、媒体及广告公司协调营销活动。
Requirements /要求
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising.
- Creative and proactive with good communication skills.
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools (preferred).
- Photography/videography skills are a plus.
