About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our weekly newsletters, maintain website content, oversee social media channels, and coordinate marketing events. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating engaging brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Plan, design, and send weekly newsletters to engage and grow our subscriber base.
- Monitor email performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Website Management
- Update website content regularly, ensuring information is accurate, fresh, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Work with internal teams or external vendors to enhance website usability.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content calendars across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages.
Event Planning
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and promotional events (online and offline).
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
General Marketing Support
- Assist in developing marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Support overall brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2‑4 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Proficient in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, design tools and CMS (e.g., WordPress, Canva, Photoshop).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
