About the Role

The Marketing Executive will be part of a dynamic, hands‑on marketing team driving YU HOME’s brand story across digital, retail, and event platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with creative flair, curiosity about technology, and ambition to grow into a senior or managerial marketing position in the near future.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Manage posting schedules, analytics, and content calendar.
• Work with creative and video teams to craft engaging visuals and copy.

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Develop brand stories that connect emotionally with audiences.
• Support lifestyle photoshoots, product videos, and campaign ideation.
• Keep content fresh, trendy, and aligned with YU HOME’s tone.

Event & Retail Marketing

• Assist in event promotions, product launches, and exhibition shows.
• Coordinate printed collaterals and booth visuals with design partners.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the sales and CS teams to align marketing support with business goals.
• Track campaign performance, analyse insights, and propose improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, creative content, or brand management (fresh grads with strong portfolios welcome!).
• Proficient in social media tools and marketing platforms.
• Creative thinker with excellent written and visual sense.
• Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with clear KPIs.
• Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
