What You’ll Do:

Create & Share Our Story

• Plan, create, and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Write authentic career stories, team shoutouts, and fun culture highlights
• Design simple visuals using Canva
• Turn training sessions, interviews, and webinars into shareable content
• Track engagement and help make our pages pop!

Connect with Great People

• Manage and track incoming applications (ExploreFirst, Career Trial, direct applicants)
• Shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest and fit
• Keep our recruitment database neat and updated

What We’re Looking For:

• About 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or social media
• Organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up habits
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Canva
• Interest to learn about the financial advisory industry
