About the role:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, and copywriting) to increase online presence and brand recognition.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies and service providers to execute marketing campaigns, including digital ads, SEO/SEM, and other initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive marketing strategies.
  • Assist in organizing events, campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance the company’s brand image.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
You should have:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or marketing; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with external vendors and internal teams.
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills and an eye for design.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Xiao Hong Shu, Canva, or similar platforms) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
