We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing professional to lead brand and product marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires a hands‑on marketer with strong digital expertise, creative flair, and the ability to manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage brand and product marketing initiatives to achieve revenue, growth, and engagement targets.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships that support brand and company objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns—from conceptualization to execution—across all channels, including SEO, digital platforms, CRM, and more.
- Lead social content strategy by crafting clear, compelling copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital assets.
- Conceptualize and curate artwork, posters, and marketing materials.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, social media).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, KOLs, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team and external agencies (media, events, PR) to execute retail promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches.
- Prepare monthly performance reports analyzing brand performance, competitor activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry, consumer, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Beauty or Retail industry.
- Hands‑on experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficient in social media marketing, content planning, and execution.
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Digital marketing certifications such as Facebook Blueprint or Google certifications are an added advantage.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and think strategically and creatively.
- Meticulous, detail‑oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficient in design and productivity tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
