Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organised marketing professional to join our Brand and Partnerships team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive marketing and business outcomes, execute impactful brand campaigns, foster strategic partnerships, and strengthen brand presence across multiple channels.

You will work closely with internal teams, media partners, and external agencies to deliver effective marketing initiatives that build brand equity and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Strategy and Execution
    • Lead end-to-end marketing campaign execution, from planning and project management to delivery and performance tracking.
    • Manage creative and media agencies to ensure timely and quality execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with analytics and media teams to demonstrate campaign attribution and measurable business impact.
    • Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all marketing materials.
  2. Campaign Performance and Insights
    • Use data-driven insights and experimentation to optimise campaign performance and consumer engagement.
    • Define, track, and analyse key business and marketing KPIs to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Strategic Partnerships
    • Support partnership discussions, campaign coordination, and tactical execution that integrate the bank’s products and services.
    • Manage stakeholder cadence meetings, budget tracking, and support key business review sessions.
  4. Stakeholder Management
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners for cohesive campaign delivery.
    • Partner with product and business teams to optimise marketing effectiveness and ensure alignment with business goals.
  5. Operational and Budget Management
    • Track redemptions, manage merchandise inventory, and ensure accuracy of payment data.
    • Oversee marketing spend, track projections, and ensure timely cost submissions.
  6. Event Planning and Customer Engagement
    • Plan and execute brand activations and partnership events to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or partnerships, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working with creative and media agencies.
  • Good analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
