The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to lead the digital and retail marketing roadmap — from brand growth to conversion. You’ll own the full funnel: awareness, engagement, and sales — both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for retail and e-commerce channels to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Manage online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and brand.com store, including campaign planning, listings, pricing, and analytics.
- Lead performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) with agencies or internal teams to achieve strong ROI.
- Oversee content strategy & creative direction — product launches, influencer/KOL collaborations, social media calendars.
- Drive CRM & loyalty programs, analysing customer data to improve retention and repeat purchase rates.
- Coordinate retail marketing activities — in-store promotions, POS materials, product sampling, and event collaborations.
- Track and report on KPIs — digital traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and category growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
- Proven success in digital marketing, e-commerce management, and brand growth.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s beauty retail and digital consumer trends.
- Experience managing online marketplaces and retail marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership mindset.
