Marketing & E-Commerce Executive

💰 Salary: Up to $3,300 basic + variable bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals
  • Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with external agencies to support campaign execution
  • Manage and optimize company presence across digital channels and platforms
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI; provide regular performance analysis reports
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively
  • Oversee social media accounts and ensure consistent branding and engagement
  • Optimize website and content for SEO and user experience (using Google Analytics and other tools)
  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to drive leads and traffic
  • Drive sales and growth across E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.)
  • Manage online store operations, campaigns, and promotions
  • Liaise with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and exhibitions
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in Marketing and/or E-Commerce
  • Proven experience in growing sales on online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
  • Hands‑on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and various digital platforms
  • Familiar with E‑Commerce seller tools and campaign mechanics
  • Experience with Wordpress, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Video creation skills using tools such as Capcut
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or related field
