The Role

The Marketing Director is responsible for designing and executing the company’s end-to-end lead generation, qualification, and conversion framework. This role ensures efficient collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to build a measurable customer acquisition funnel and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global lead management strategy and governance framework.
  • Design and optimize lead qualification models (MQL, SQL, Opportunity).
  • Build and manage centralized CRM dashboards to ensure lead visibility and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Regional Sales teams to ensure high-quality lead flow and feedback mechanisms.
  • Establish standardized lead scoring, nurturing, and re-engagement processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing/sales, with at least 5 years in lead management.
