As an Marketing Director - Luxury Retail
As an Marketing Director - Luxury Retail, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals and product roadmaps
- Build a cohesive marketing ecosystem across digital, content, and experiential channels
- Define brand positioning, differentiation, and market strategies with leadership
- Manage campaign calendars tied to key festivals, product launches, and peak seasons
- Lead end-to-end development of integrated campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Oversee dashboards and KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates) to drive performance
- Use data insights to optimize media spend, creative direction, and funnel efficiency
- Present clear performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team
- Manage creative and digital agency relationships to ensure high-quality output
- Safeguard and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints
- Stay informed on trends in luxury, wellness, and cultural branding
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing campaign strategies, driving brand growth, managing public relations, and leveraging marketing analytics for performance improvement.
