We are looking for a hands-on and digitally savvy Marketing & Digital Campaign Executive to support Union Energy’s marketing initiatives. This role involves executing online campaigns, assisting with content and basic design creation, and leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT for marketing purposes. The candidate will work closely with the BSU Manager, Department Head, General Manager, and Management Team on various marketing-related tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google (SEM), SEO, and Facebook lead generation platforms.
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Pro) to support content creation, campaign ideation, and marketing automation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize for conversions and cost-efficiency.
  • Create basic visual and marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Manage campaign execution end-to-end: ideation, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Assist in responding to online enquiries and comments related to ongoing campaigns or promotions.
  • Stay updated on current trends in marketing, AI tools, and digital campaign best practices.
  • Support ad-hoc customer requests related to marketing materials where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BSU Manager, Department Head, GM, and Management) to ensure alignment of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1– 2 years of relevant experience preferred (internships or freelance work accepted).
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience using ChatGPT and other AI-based marketing tools is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Canva or similar platforms for basic content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.
  • Able to handle ad-hoc requests from both customers and internal teams.
  • Organized, resourceful, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in AI-driven and automation-based marketing.
  • Strong writing skills for digital and social content.
