We are looking for a creative and results-driven Full/Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing efforts for AXISA Group Pte Ltd. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving foot traffic, and boosting online orders. This is a remote/WFH position, with the requirement to attend weekly meetings in Singapore when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Maps), ensuring regular content updates to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Develop engaging marketing content, including videos, images, and posts, leveraging trending topics to attract target customers.

  • Respond promptly to user comments and direct messages to enhance customer experience and brand reputation.

2. Digital Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution (Leads Generation)
  • Collaborate with the management to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including online and offline promotions such as new product launches, leads generation, and membership events.

  • Execute creative campaigns to increase online platforms engagement and obtain new leads.

Requirement
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields (digital marketing experience is a must).

  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, photography, and basic video editing.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
