Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with proven LPG marketing and pricing knowledge to join our team covering Southeast Asia & Oceania. The role is central to supporting business operations by monitoring LPG and crude oil market dynamics, producing high-quality reports, and strengthening customer and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on experience with LPG pricing, market fundamentals, and trade flows, enabling them to deliver insights that directly support commercial decisions and departmental strategy.

Principal Duties
  • Monitor LPG and oil markets in Southeast Asia & Oceania, with a strong focus on pricing
  • trends, supply–demand balances, and trade flows that impact departmental operations.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze LPG market intelligence from producers, traders, and other counterparties, ensuring differentiated insights.
  • Identify early signals of market shifts, such as arbitrage opportunities, freight dynamics, or regional policy changes, and provide timely alerts to management.
  • Issue business reports, market commentary, and pricing analyses under the supervision of Marketing Director, ensuring precision and relevance to commercial decisions.
  • Review departmental reports and data, particularly LPG price assessments and competitive benchmarks, for accuracy and strategic clarity.
  • Support the resolution of operational and commercial issues raised by customers or management, providing market‑backed perspectives on LPG supply, logistics, and pricing.
  • Assist with customer relationship building by participating in visits, negotiations, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Contribute to the organization of business events such as meetings, conferences, and signing ceremonies.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Management to support evolving LPG and oil marketing activities.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Economics or Engineering. A master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil market, energy trading, downstream operations or other relevant industries.
  • Excellent skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Excellent skills in using Excel.
  • Ability to present one's ideas clearly to colleagues.
