We're Hiring: Full-Time Marketing & Content Creation Executive

Onsite @ City Hall | Tues‑Sat (sun & mon off) | $2,500/month ️ Start: immediate /by end Jan 2026 | Long‑term position with leadership growth potential

Are you the kind of person who loves wearing multiple (sparkly) hats? We're looking for a Full‑Time Marketing & Content Creation Executive to be the right hand to the founder, helping to drive our growing jewelry brand forward – both in day‑to‑day operations and creative brand building.

This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who's not just creative and detail‑oriented, but also organized, proactive, and passionate about storytelling, customer experience, and visual aesthetics. You'll play a pivotal role in growing the brand – both behind the scenes and on the front lines.

What You'll Do - Marketing & Content:
  • Conceptualize and execute digital marketing campaigns across IG, TikTok, etc.
  • Create and edit visual content (photos/videos) that tells our story
  • Track and report on performance and engagement insights
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate rollout of content and promotions
  • Ensure all digital marketing efforts are within budget and ROI‑driven
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Assist with brand storytelling, copywriting, email marketing, and SEO
  • Plan and support events, activations, and collaborations
  • Manage lead generation strategies to drive appointments (performance incentives apply!)
What You'll Do - Brand & Operations Support:
  • Support day‑to‑day studio operations and coordination (e.g. logistics, client requests and follow up, sales consultation, etc)
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, customer service, and client experience coordination
  • Maintain sample boards, product records, and digital folders in an organized manner
  • Coordinate with partners, vendors, and production partners as needed
  • Handle light admin or ad‑hoc brand tasks to support the founder and business goals

  • Background or education in marketing, communications, or (optional:) fashion/jewelry
  • A portfolio or sample content you're proud of!
