About the Role

We are looking out for a highly driven, passionate and experienced Marketer to develop and drive innovative integrated marketing strategies and campaigns leveraging on consumer/ market insights to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Develop, launch and optimise ROI-driven advertising campaigns across the digital landscape including search, social, display, mobile and other online marketing channels
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop the right customer propositions for products and ensure consistent delivery of messaging across all customers' communication touch points
  • Monitor and review effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns and any other marketing initiatives for optimised results
  • Work closely with Campaign Managers to develop the right campaign proposition for different customer segments and ensure consistent delivery of messaging across all customers' touch points
  • Lead and develop effective online and offline product/campaign marketing assets and ensure timely implementation of campaigns
  • Conduct propositions/ideas/concepts testing with customers and distribution channels
  • Proactively find opportunities within the marketplace and stay on top of industry and market trends to generate new ideas and ensure effectiveness of customer propositions
  • Use data and insights to drive marketing decisions and refresh customer propositions to optimise results
  • Ensure all marketing materials are compliant and applicable with regulatory requirements
  • Manage the day-to-day operational activities associated with all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, cross functional implementation, campaign analysis, tracking and reporting as necessary
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors, creative and media agencies for all aspects of campaigns

Educational/Minimum Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' proven track record in managing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns with minimum guidance
  • Good understanding or prior experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry will be an added advantage
  • Obsess about customers, constantly listen, engage, and act for their benefit
  • Ability to think big, work independently and have curiosity to discover ways to enable business outcomes
  • Self-driven, good team player and proactive with excellent project management skills, strong relationship management and attention to details
  • Creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of the insurance or financial products
  • Aptitude for aesthetics and content writing is a plus
