A leading ferry and cruise terminal operator in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to support communication efforts during a significant transition to a new terminal. Singapore Cruise Centre is seeking a resourceful and enthusiastic Marketing Communications Executive to support our communications efforts as we undergo key transformation initiatives including a move to a new Cruise and Ferry terminal which is currently under construction.
This role reports to the Senior Manager (Destination Marketing & Partnerships) and will also be supporting the Vice President (Corporate Services). You will have valuable hands‑on experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination within a dynamic operational environment.
You will have the opportunity to:
Support real‑world change management projects that impact staff, passengers, ferry operators and other partners
Work alongside cross‑functional teams and senior leaders on meaningful and visible change initiatives
• Assist in preparing communications materials such as posters, digital displays, briefing decks, and social media content
• Help coordinate with vendors and partners to distribute collaterals and public announcements especially as it relates to the need to address revised wayfinding to the terminal
• Provide support in drafting scripts or storyboards for public facing videos and internal training materials as needed
• Contribute to the planning and logistics of transition events or operational changes at terminals
• Help gather feedback from passengers or staff during or after implementation to support continuous improvement
• Assist in marketing materials preparation in support of SCCPL’s marketing efforts as needed
• Reports into the VP overseeing the new terminal project
• Assist in marketing support for the Tourism marketing function on a dual reporting basis
• Role may entail taking on a coordination role to assist the destination marketing role
• Help maintain a project tracker and repository of communication materials
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Change Management team, including coordination of meetings and documentation
